From Homelessness to Entrepreneurship
Jessi Johnson — Motivational Speaker & Keynote Speaker
It's Only by the Grace of God I'm Alive.
~Jessi Johnson~
I'M BROTHER JESSI
The official bio goes like this:
I'm blessed to be a motivational speaker, transformational leader, and encourager of human potential, but more than anything, my life is a living testament to the goodness and power of God. Everything I am and everything I have overcome is by the grace of God and empowerment of His Holy Spirit. It is an honor to deliver transformational messages aimed at breaking fear, doubt, and complacency, helping others step into their full potential with authenticity and wisdom.
My journey hasn't been easy, and I only stand here by God's mercy. I survived the streets of Detroit, escaped a life sentence in prison, and woke up from a coma after a brutal gang affiliation exit. Through Christ, I was lifted out of addiction, homelessness, and trauma to build a life of profound purpose. Today, I operate with a Kingdom mindset in the marketplace, at home with my wife Erika of 12+ years and on the stage. As a John Maxwell Certified Speaker and a graduate of the Next Level Speakers Academy led by Jeremy Anderson and Eric Thomas, I blend my raw, real-world experiences with world-class communication strategies to serve others.
I have been blessed to become a serial entrepreneur, running multiple businesses that serve thousands of clients while hosting the NuSWAG Podcast weekly. My goal is simple: To empower people to live the best life they can live and thrive in their absolute fullest potential in Christ. I specialize in helping audiences break free from self-sabotage, master their mindsets, and unlock their God-given potential so they can maximize the possibilities of their callings and assignments. I don’t just speak about overcoming adversity—I want to provide you with the practical blueprint for it. Whether I am addressing corporate executives, faith-based communities, or next-generation leaders, my prayer is always to deliver high-impact, unforgettable keynotes that drive lasting transformation.
Currently, I have the privilege of serving as President at Royal Identity Printing & Promos, and as the Visionary behind NuSWAG Christian Clothing, the NuSWAG Podcast, and His Will Records. I love sharing the love of God and leading people to their best life in Him. By God's grace, He has made me proficient in sales, creative marketing, videography and high-ticket acquisitions from stage with a focus on gaining and retaining top-tier clients. I absolutely love collaborating with fellow World-Changers for the advancement of Kingdom purposes, all for the Glory of God.
